Top Life

The Project

Top Life Project was born from my big dream to build Online Pathways to Excellence that, would allow me to disseminate independent and up-to-date information, with the goal of helping as many people as possible to learn how to take care of their mental and physical well-being.

The intent is to create diverse content in the form of videos, webinars, masterclasses, challenges both for everyone and also CME-accredited pathways for health professionals.

All the resources you find within Top Life Project, are exclusive, designed and created by yours truly and top professionals, just for this project.

I realize that it is not easy for the layperson to untangle the babel of often antithetical information inherent in health (see, for example, the demonization of saturated fats, misconceptions about hormone replacement therapy, ignorance inherent in bioequivalent hormones, etc.), so with Top Life Project my goal is to provide independent and solidly evidence-based information to make you the protagonist of your own health.
