{"id":4969,"date":"2020-04-05T08:09:50","date_gmt":"2020-04-05T06:09:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/toplifeproject.com\/?p=4969"},"modified":"2024-01-30T09:31:31","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T08:31:31","slug":"perimenopausa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/toplifeproject.com\/en\/2020\/04\/05\/perimenopausa\/","title":{"rendered":"Perimenopausa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il corpo ci dice quando l\u2019ovaio si esaurisce, producendo meno E, P, T: parliamo di perimenopausa intendendo quel periodo della vita della donna che precede l\u2019entrata in menopausa, in cui l\u2019ovaio comincia a fare fatica: pensate che l\u2019ovaio comincia a lavorare meno 5-8 anni prima dell\u2019entrata in menopausa: la donna riferisce che il sonno \u00e8 meno ristoratore, interrotto e meno profondo, quando ha le mestruazioni ha qualche vampata, diventa irritabile, il ciclo comincia ad essere irregolare (l\u2019intervallo diventa pi\u00f9 breve: e passa dai 28-30 giorni a cicli di 25-20 giorni oppure il ciclo compare ogni 40-60 giorni: trattasi di oligomenorrea) e pi\u00f9 abbondante: \u00e8 la conseguenza di un\u2019assente ovulazione con conseguente deficit di progesterone,\u00a0 ci sono solo estrogeni che proliferano l\u2019endometrio che aumenta e viene poi eliminato irregolarmente. Ci\u00f2 ci dice che l\u2019ovaio sta arrancando nel produrre ormoni. Questo \u00e8 caratteristico della perimenopausa.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Sapete qual \u00e8 l\u2019organo che risente subito della carenza di estrogeni, progesterone e testosterone? Il cervello.<\/span><\/strong> Avete capito benissimo. Nel cervello particolarmente sensibile \u00e8 l\u2019ipotalamo, che regola i nostri bioritmi. Infatti uno dei primi bioritmi a risentire di uno squilibrio ormonale \u00e8 il bioritmo del sonno: la <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>qualit\u00e0 del sonno si altera<\/strong><\/span>, si riduce il sonno rem in cui sogniamo con peggioramento della nostra memoria: infatti il sonno REM trasforma la memoria a breve in memoria a lungo termine.<\/p>\n<p>La <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>dimenticanza e difficolt\u00e0 di concentrazione\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>\u00e8 un altro disturbo spesso lamentato dalla donna in peri- e in menopausa. Il sonno non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 riposante, profondo e continuo, viene interrotto dalle <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>vampate<\/strong><\/span>. Al mattino la donna si alza che \u00e8 uno straccio.<\/p>\n<p>Non di rado viene riferito anche <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">cardiopalmo<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>dovuto a fasi di tachicardia notturna. Evitate assolutamente di consumare alcolici (prosecco, ape, birra) la sera: in tal modo ridurrete le tachicardie.
