Metabolic Retreat
Event Description
Three days dedicated to metabolic medicine, in the heart of Sardinia.
An experience designed to be truly lived, where every element has been carefully conceived to support metabolism, energy, the nervous system, and a deeper understanding of metabolic health.
Over the course of these three days, you will come into direct contact with some of the most respected international experts in the field, in a setting that enhances every aspect of the experience, as you are surrounded by the light, rhythms, and energy of Sardinia, a land naturally associated with balance, nature, and longevity.
The rates below include:
- 3 nights in your selected room category (check-in 22/10 - check-out 25/10)
- 3 breakfasts
- 3 lunches
- 3 dinners
- Refreshments and welcome drink
- All activities included in the program
- All sessions and meetings with the Retreat guests
The rates do not include:
- Transfer to and from Cagliari Airport, available upon request
- Flights
- Tourist taxes excluded
Private car transfer: €120.00 each way, maximum 3 passengers
Minibus transfer: €155.00 each way, maximum 7 passengers

Cancellation and refund policy – Retreat Dr. Cristina Tomasi
Your retreat booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment of the participation fee.
In the event of cancellation by the participant, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 60 days before the retreat start date: 100% refund of the amount paid, excluding any processing fees
- From 59 to 30 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the amount paid
- From 29 days before the retreat start date onward: no refund available
Participation may be transferred to another person at any time, subject to prior written notice to the organisation and approval by the same.
In the event that the retreat is cancelled or postponed by the organisation due to force majeure or reasons beyond its control, participants will be offered the option to:
- Transfer their booking to a new available date, or
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid
The organisation is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant (e.g. transport, insurance, additional accommodation).
Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering unforeseen circumstances, including cancellation.
Confirmation of booking implies full acceptance of these terms.
