Course Description.

It is designed first and foremost for beginners new to muscle training or those who resume training after a long break.But the exercises and workouts are actually suitable for everyone from beginner to athletic level because you can adjust the intensity, resistance of the elastic band, duration and frequency of the workouts according to your ability.
